Special 7/11 Party

BEGINNER I - Please be early so we can get you signed up, and paid before our 7:30 start. The entire course of lessons, plus instructional material, is only $30 per person. (That's only $30 for the whole class, not per week. WOW!) The BASIC class is for beginners, folks who have never danced, and people wanting to learn how to shag the "real" way.

BEGINNER II - This course is designed to build on the fundamentals you learned in the BEGINNER Class. These lessons start at 8:30, and are only $30 total for the whole set. This course includes steps like the Pivot, Bellyroll, etc.

BEGINNER III - This course is for those who know all the basics, and the steps in Beginner II. This course teaches different steps and "polish" of those already learned. These lessons start at 8:30, and are only $30 total for the whole set.

Crowds have been great on Tuesdays. Come have some fun with us!

When is it?

The 7/11 party is held every Tuesday night.

Where is it?

Right now, lessons are being offered at Fat Boys Restaurant at I-77, ext 36.

What is a 7/11 Party?

People love to shag, but they often won't go out during the week to take lessons for two main reasons:

They feel like they can't get home in time to change clothes

They are worried about staying out late and having to get up early in the morning.

Our dance lessons, and our 7/11 party are designed to address all of these concerns. Join us at 7pm. Come as you are, even if you are on the way home from work.

When do lessons start?

Sign-ups for BEGINNER shag lessons start at 7pm. The actual lessons will start at 7:30. PLEASE be early so you can sign up and get your instructional material.

What about other lessons?

Sign up for BEGINNER II shag lessons and Beginner III is anytime before they start at 8:30pm.

When does music start?

A shag DJ will play shag music at starting around 9:15pm.

What should I wear?

Men and women should wear leather bottomed shoes if possible. "Flats" work best for the ladies. Wear comfortable clothes. Feel free to come as you are, even if you are on your way home from work.

Who are the parties for?

Our parties, our lessons and our club are open to singles and couples, at least 21 years of age.

Come out for the fun of it! Make some new friends, and see some of your old ones who are already there!
